jaipur makes an unreasonable amount of sense for remote work.
think about it. you get a city with genuinely pleasant weather for 8 months of the year, a cost of living that’s a fraction of delhi (which is just 4-5 hours away by road or train), a food scene that includes legendary street food and excellent restaurants, and a startup ecosystem that’s growing fast enough to support a dozen-plus coworking spaces.
the city has always attracted tourists. now it’s attracting remote workers, freelancers, and startup founders who realized they don’t need to pay delhi rent to do work that happens on a laptop. the coworking scene reflects this growth. you’ll find national chains like 91springboard and innov8 alongside local operators and government-backed incubators.
jaipur’s coworking market is more developed than most tier-2 cities. the options are genuine, the pricing is competitive, and several spaces have been operating long enough to have worked out the kinks.
i haven’t worked from these spaces personally. this guide is research-backed, compiled from google reviews, user feedback, and what i could verify about pricing and amenities.

detailed reviews
1. 91springboard, malviya nagar
the reliable chain / 8.5/10
91springboard is the safe choice in jaipur. their malviya nagar outlet is well-established, well-reviewed, and delivers the consistency you’d expect from a national chain. malviya nagar is jaipur’s most active commercial neighbourhood for coworking, with multiple spaces within a small radius.
the setup is standard 91springboard: clean interiors, ergonomic chairs, meeting rooms with AV, phone booths, pantry with unlimited tea and coffee, printing, and a dedicated 100 mbps leased line with backup. the community events (pitch nights, workshops, networking) are regular and well-organized.
pricing:
- hot desk: rs 5,000/month
- dedicated desk: rs 7,500/month
- private cabin (4-seater): rs 15,000/month
- meeting room: rs 500/hour
- day pass: rs 450
what’s good: reliability. the wifi works during peak hours. the AC handles jaipur’s hot summers. the community is a mix of freelancers, remote workers, and startup teams. malviya nagar location is excellent for food and daily needs.
what’s not: mid-to-premium pricing for jaipur. the space follows a template, which means efficiency but not character. the community events can feel forced.
best for: remote workers who need stable infrastructure for client-facing work. if you’ve used 91springboard in another city, you know exactly what you’re getting.
2. innov8, c-scheme
the premium option / 8.5/10
innov8’s c-scheme location is the most premium coworking experience in jaipur. c-scheme is jaipur’s upscale commercial district, and innov8’s interiors match the neighbourhood. vibrant design, high-quality furniture, soundproofed phone booths, and common areas that look like they belong in a design magazine.
the wifi is excellent at 100 mbps with a backup connection. meeting rooms have proper AV equipment. the phone booths are actually soundproofed, which is rarer than you’d think.
pricing:
- hot desk: rs 6,000/month
- dedicated desk: rs 9,000/month
- private cabin (4-seater): rs 18,000/month
- meeting room: rs 700/hour
- day pass: rs 500
what’s good: the best-designed coworking space in jaipur. c-scheme location is prestigious. excellent wifi and meeting room infrastructure. proper soundproofing. the common areas are comfortable enough for casual work.
what’s not: the most expensive option in jaipur. c-scheme is central but parking can be tight. the premium pricing feels steep in a city where good options exist at half the price.
best for: teams that host clients, senior remote professionals, and anyone who needs a premium address. if aesthetics matter to you, this is the place.
3. startup oasis, vaishali nagar
the founder’s pick / 8/10
startup oasis is one of jaipur’s original coworking and incubation spaces. it’s been operating for years, has strong connections to rajasthan’s startup ecosystem, and offers more than just a desk. founders get access to mentorship, investor networks, and government startup schemes.
the space itself is functional rather than flashy. good wifi at 80 mbps, AC, power backup, meeting rooms, and a community that’s genuinely entrepreneurial. the vaishali nagar location is residential-commercial, which means quieter surroundings and cheaper food.
pricing:
- hot desk: rs 3,500/month
- dedicated desk: rs 5,500/month
- private cabin (4-seater): rs 12,000/month
- day pass: rs 300
what’s good: the ecosystem. if you’re building a startup, the mentorship access and investor connections are worth more than the desk. pricing is excellent. the community is genuinely startup-focused, not just freelancers with laptops.
what’s not: the space is functional, not beautiful. the furniture and interiors are showing their age. if you’re a remote employee (not a founder), the startup-focused community may not be relevant.
best for: startup founders, early-stage entrepreneurs, and anyone who wants access to rajasthan’s startup ecosystem along with their workspace.
4. co-offiz, malviya nagar
the value chain / 8/10
co-offiz is a national chain that competes on value. their malviya nagar outlet offers a clean, professional space at prices that undercut 91springboard and innov8 significantly. the formula is simple: good basics without premium extras.
pricing:
- hot desk: rs 4,000/month
- dedicated desk: rs 6,000/month
- private cabin (4-seater): rs 13,000/month
- meeting room: rs 400/hour
- day pass: rs 350
what’s good: strong value. rs 4,000 for a hot desk with 80 mbps wifi, AC, DG power backup, and tea/coffee in malviya nagar is hard to beat. the space is clean and professional. chain reliability without chain pricing.
what’s not: the interiors are functional, not designed. the community aspect is weaker than 91springboard or startup oasis. fewer events and networking opportunities.
best for: remote workers and freelancers who want a reliable workspace at a fair price. the “i just need good basics” crowd.
5. altf coworking, malviya nagar
the corporate alternative / 8/10
altf brings a more formal, business-oriented vibe to jaipur’s coworking scene. the malviya nagar location is professional, well-maintained, and attracts a community that leans toward established businesses and consulting firms.

- hot desk: rs 5,500/month
- dedicated desk: rs 8,000/month
- private cabin (4-seater): rs 16,000/month
- meeting room: rs 500/hour
- day pass: rs 500
what’s good: professional environment. 100 mbps dedicated wifi. excellent meeting rooms for client presentations. DG power backup. the space is consistently well-maintained.
what’s not: pricing is on the higher side for jaipur. the corporate atmosphere might feel stiff for creative workers. less of a startup community vibe.
best for: consultants, corporate remote workers, and professionals who need a business-class workspace.
6. myHQ workspaces, various locations
the flexible network / 7.5/10
myHQ operates as a network of partner workspaces across jaipur. buy a pass and use any partner location. quality varies, but the flexibility of switching between spaces is the core value.

- dedicated desk: rs 5,500/month (single location)
- day pass: rs 300-400
what’s good: flexibility to work from different locations across jaipur. useful if you’re still figuring out which area suits you. the app makes booking simple.
what’s not: quality varies between partner locations. some are proper coworking spaces, others are cafes or shared offices. you’re dependent on the partner’s infrastructure.
best for: people who want to explore different areas of jaipur before settling, or those who split time between cities.
7. hustlehub, vaishali nagar
the community space / 7.5/10
hustlehub is a locally-run coworking space in vaishali nagar that focuses on building community. the space hosts regular events, workshops, and networking sessions. the vibe is more casual and creative than the chain operators.
pricing:
- hot desk: rs 4,000/month
- dedicated desk: rs 6,000/month
- private cabin: rs 11,000/month
- day pass: rs 350
what’s good: genuine community focus. regular events and workshops. the vaishali nagar location is residential enough to be quiet but commercial enough to have food options. good value.
what’s not: wifi at 80 mbps is advertised but can drop during peak hours. smaller space with limited meeting rooms. less polished than chain operators.
best for: creative professionals, content creators, and people who value community over corporate infrastructure.
8. bhamashah techno hub, jhalana
the government-backed option / 7.5/10
bhamashah techno hub is a government-backed initiative that provides coworking at subsidized rates. the pricing is the lowest on this list. for startups registered under rajasthan’s istart program, rates can be even lower.
the space is institutional in feel, functional furniture, government-aesthetic interiors, but the infrastructure is solid. it’s located in jhalana, which is developing as a tech corridor.
pricing:
- hot desk: rs 3,000/month
- dedicated desk: rs 4,500/month
- private cabin: rs 10,000/month
- day pass: rs 250
what’s good: cheapest coworking in jaipur. access to government startup schemes and istart benefits. large space with room to grow. full power backup.
what’s not: feels like a government building. wifi at 60 mbps is the lowest among the better-rated spaces. jhalana location is not as convenient as malviya nagar or c-scheme. operating hours may be restrictive.
best for: startups registered under istart, budget-conscious founders, and anyone who prioritizes price above ambience.
9. workie, tonk road
the mid-range option / 7.5/10
workie’s tonk road location offers a middle ground between the premium chains and budget options. the space is well-maintained, the wifi is decent, and the tonk road location provides good connectivity across jaipur.

| food scene | excellent | excellent | great | good |
| proximity to delhi | 4-5 hrs by road/train | - | flight only | flight or 20hr train |
jaipur’s proximity to delhi is an underrated advantage. you can take a weekend trip to delhi for meetings and be back the same day. the vande bharat express makes this practical.
what to look for in a coworking space in jaipur
summer readiness. jaipur hits 45+ degrees celsius in may-june. your coworking space needs industrial AC and DG (diesel generator) power backup. inverter-only backup will fail you in extended summer power cuts.
area matters. malviya nagar is the coworking hub with the most options. c-scheme is premium. vaishali nagar is a good balance. mansarovar and raja park serve local populations.
trial before commitment. day passes exist at every space. use them. test wifi during peak hours (2-4 pm), check the AC during hot weather, and see if the noise levels work.
negotiate. quarterly discounts of 10-20% are standard. annual commitments can get you 20-30% off. always ask.
