we will sit and see how busy mumbai gets.

we will sit and see how the sun rises and sets at the same place, while nothing else stays.

we will sit and see how the crowd comes to marine drive. some in a bad time, some in love, some just to exist.

we will sit and see the line between bpl and apl. one side is thirty floors and more. one side is locked in at the first floor, forever.

we will sit and see the time. how all of it went while we were sitting, seeing everyone.

that’s mumbai. somewhere in the chaos, we became a part of it.

we came here for this? to see everyone? or to live.

so i invite you. will you come, sit with me, and see mumbai?

and if you don’t like it, that’s fine. there’s no pressure to like mumbai. like parts of it. hate parts of it. i don’t like mumbai either.
