new stuff, new vertical, new ac

so i found something really interesting.

kerala, the most literate state in india (96% literacy rate), has sent the highest number of people to isis from any indian state. 100+ recruits. 3,000 people went through de-radicalization programs. the state that reads the most… radicalized the most.

and then there’s bihar. 74% literacy. second lowest in the country. the state people joke about for being “backwards.” and yet? 452 ias officers. second highest in india. 25% of all ias/ips qualified in the last decade came from bihar. shubham kumar, air 1 in 2020, from bihar.

literacy produces terrorists. illiteracy produces bureaucrats running the country.

ok sorry lol. that sounded way too triggering. but the numbers are real. education doesn’t equal direction. hunger does. and bihar has that hunger in its bones.

anyway.

this week was good. talking to my people. work people. aur kaun hai lol.

so here’s the thing, arnav asked me to take product. and for the first time, i said no.

not because i can’t. but because if i love something, i bring time to it. real time. which i already do, sitting with rohan, giving feedback, shitting about his code ideas (they’re good sometimes but still hehe ragebait 101).

but product is not a one-time thing. it’s continuous. sales. customer support. ui/ux. dev. bro too much context switching. it’s not like i can’t do it, it’s just too much at once. and you know how it is.

my current contribution will always be there on the marketing side. blogs and socials (when we start). this thing i will never leave, that’s on me only. so what more do i need?

sales? idk sales. sales is figure-out-stuff only. development? yup basics i know, can outline and stuff (ask rohan for feedback). i can design a product/features well, at least make it market ready.

what more is left? you get it right? where i’m coming from?

starting a new vertical at iag soon. fingers crossed. time to crack that. maybe? yes.

i bought a fucking ac. yes. an ac. for my parents’ place. small win but still man.

and yea, new gkp ghar ka puja next month first week. that’s also happening. life moving.

after this is done, the next plan is a new house at my parents’ janam bhumi. too much required but we’ll get there.
